Information we collect
Ultimo collects the information a business provides to run its booking page (business details, services, staff, and customers it adds), and the information a customer provides when booking (such as name and contact details). Payment details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored by Ultimo.
How we use it
Information is used to operate the booking service — showing availability, confirming and reminding about appointments, and helping businesses manage their schedule. Ultimo does not sell personal information.
